Services

My services are designed to meet you where you are.  Whether it be in your home environment, a local coffee shop, over the phone or via Skype, we meet where you are most comfortable for the coaching session. We initially talk by phone to assess your coaching needs.  The phone consultation is free of charge, and is a great way to see if my services are right for you!  

My coaching sessions are 60 minute sessions with option to purchase package sessions.  If you feel more than one session is needed, (which in most cases it may be), then the package sessions are a great option!
